We had a blast last night opening up the Rock the Bells tour at the San Diego House of Blues. Shout out to all the Breax Heads who paid $30+ for tix and only came out to see our set. That’s love. The homie R-Swift joined us for “Imagine Together” & killed his verse.
We had an awesome time in the north west this past weekend. We played an awesome Thursday show at CSU Monterey Bay, Friday in Portland with Theory Hazit, Othello, and Xperiment. Saturday was a chill day in Portland for Brailles wedding and Sunday we hung out in Seattle with the good homie Josh Donnell, Mathew Robertson, Jevon and Willie Will… We hung out in this beautiful place called Gas Works Park in Seattle and snagged some photos on Beleaf’s birthday. Then checked out Mars Hill in the evening. Really eventful weekend.

On the set of our video shoot in NYC
We had a blast this past week on the East Coast, we played a show at Smith College and NYU. We also had some time to connect with our friends Chris Aran, Glen, John Paul Moore and DJ Wade-O to shoot our new music video for a song off BREAX OVER 2. New York was pretty cold but we held our own as you can see in the photo above. At one point we were leaving our photo/video shoot in brooklyn to head back to NYU in Manhattan and the crew accidentally left me (Ruslan) at the subway station cause my metro card wasn’t working and I couldn’t get on the train in time. It was pretty funny but I managed to find my way back NYU in time for the sound check…
After the show, Mic B and I had dinner at this awesome Thai food place with some good friends who came to check out the show. It was my first time trying Thai food and I enjoyedi t.
A music video/photo shoot & two shows all in two days, it was a very productive trip and we can’t wait to go back. We should be in the tri state area either first thing in September for NYU’s back to school week or mid November as we’ll be traveling through the area again during our promo tour. Though the east coast culture is very different in comparison to Cali life, we truly enjoy all of our time in the area. We are focusing on keeping our email list better updated on our trips so we’ll be sure to send out a blast next time we are in the area.
